My journey into the fitness industry began as a personal trainer, steadily advancing to become a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.
The turning point in my professional journey came during a challenging period of perimenopause, where I found myself grappling with weight management issues. Driven by a deep personal struggle, I recognized the pressing need to delve deeper into the complexities of weight challenges faced by women aged 40 and above. This realization prompted me to embark on a transformative educational path, culminating in the attainment of my Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) designation.
Armed with a newfound understanding and a passion to empower women navigating similar struggles, I am dedicated to leveraging my expertise to unravel the intricacies of weight management in this demographic. Through personalized guidance, evidence-based approaches, and a holistic perspective, I strive to empower and inspire women to reclaim their health, vitality, and confidence on their wellness journey.
